Making Fitness Fun

My name is Ela Grabowska and I am the founder of Elafitness. About 20 years ago my journey with fitness started initially as a hobby. I have become addicted to sport and physical activities. Finally, I decided to share my passion for fitness and a healthy lifestyle with others and changed my career qualifying as a Master Trainer in 2015. 
I believe living a healthy lifestyle begins with maintaining a strong and fit body. My aim is to help you identify your fitness goals, design an exercise program that fits your needs, to guide you through every exercise and every workout. My holistic approach to fitness and health will have you feeling great and seeing results in no time.
What drives me as an individual is seeing people achieving and surpassing their goals and I want them to succeed on every stage of their journey. I am here to help!

I have qualified as a Master Trainer, Level 3 Personal Trainer and a Lifestyle Coach in 2015 in in European Institute of Fitness in Shrewsbury (Lilleshall in 2015). 

 I am certified in:

  • postural retraining and corrective exercise including functional training for sports and rehabilitation, back care and specific populations (older adults, diabetes, obesity, arthritis, osteoporosis, pregnancy and adolescents)

  • motivation and lifestyle management, coaching psychology and behavioural management techniques

I have continued my education and in 2018 obtained a VTCT Level 3 Award in Nutrition for Physical Activity and certified as a nutrition and weight management adviser competent in consulting clients about:

  • nutrition for sport and exercise

  • pre- and postnatal nutrition

  • weight management including weight gain, loss and maintenance

  • nutrition for older adults

  • vegetarian, vegan and plant based diets

  • childhood nutrition

  • obesity prevention

In 2018 during the Body Power Expo in Birmingham I debuted in bodybuilding competition in the figure category with WABBA federation. 

Since 2015 I’ve been successfully helping clients in Cambridgeshire to become fitter and healthier, to change the way they look and feel or to improve their performance. Don't wait any longer and contact me today!

As a certified trainer I offer a wide range of goal orientated fitness services and training methods tailored to individual needs of a person.
As a nutrition and weight management adviser and a lifestyle coach with a holistic approach and working closely with clients I provide a dietary analysis and advice during the course of consultations. Using coaching skills I  work with clients on implementing small changes in their lifestyles and by applying a SMART goal setting techniques I make them accountable and successfull at every stage.

I believe that in a strong body there is a strong mind. Whether you want to do one to one personal training or choose group sessions, there is an endless list of benefits of being physically active. I believe in the power of applying small changes in the process of creating new healthy habits. Even small changes in nutrition and lifestyle could make you feel more energised and tremendously improve your well-being.
