PRICES FOR NUTRITIONAL AND DIETARY CONSULTATIONS AND COACHING

For non exercisers, exercisers and athletes.

2 Consultations

This package is perfect if you are looking to establish and improve the nutritional status of your diet.  It requires a 7 day food and physical activity diary filled in prior to the first appointment.
During the course of two appointments your daily calorie, nutritional and fluid  intake will be compared to healthy guidelines.
This plan is great for those looking to find out their daily recommended calorie intake in order to either gain, maintain or lose weight and it's perfect for sports people who are looking to improve their energy and nutrients intake to minimise the recovery time and enhance performance.
Includes a 7 day customised meal plan with macronutritional make up of food intake, pre and post training meals and fluid intake recommendations, advice on effective sports supplementation.

5 Consultations

This plan is excellent for those who wish to establish and optimise their nutritional status but also need support to allow and implement small changes in their lifestyle and diet in order to create new healthy habits. It requires a 7 day food and physical activity diary filled in prior to the first appointment. Initial measurements are taken.
During the course of 5 sessions the SMART goal setting technique is applied and all progress tracked.  Plan is suitable for those who are looking to lose weight and create new healthy habits that will  support the weight management in the future.
Includes a 7 day customised meal plan with an advice on the recommended fluid intake.
