Free Initial Consultation

Personal training programs (blocks of 5 or 10 sessions) include free initial consultations. During the consultation individual needs and goals of each client are discussed, set and agreed. It is very important that both me and the client understand set goals that we are going to work towards. Medical disclosure and blood pressure checks are also carried out. Consultation allows me and the client to get to know each other, it's free of charge and there is no obligation to purchase sessions if the client does not wish to proceed with training.
During the first consultation, depending on the circumstances and goals of the client I advise on the package and the number of weekly sessions. If the client is looking for additional training plan outside sessions, the additional plan is provided only if the block of sessions has been purchased. All matters in regards to training, bookings and cancellations are explained during the first appointment.
All personal training sessions have to be paid in advance at least 24 hours prior to the session in order to secure the booking.
There is a 24 hours cancellation policy and session will be charged if not enough notice of cancellation given.

Training Programs

Based on my experience and using proven and successful methods of training I have developed programs that can be tailored to specific goals of my clients.

I specialise in:

  • weight/ fat loss programs focused on maintaining or improving lean body mass and burning fat

  • sports conditioning based on functional trainining

  • resistance training programs aimed at toning, body shaping and body building

  • flexibility and mobility improving programs,

  • core strengthening
  • postural retraining and corrective exercises

All of the above programs are adapted to the client's goals.

During the sessions I incorporate different methods and styles of training like HIIT, circuits or boxing to make sessions effective and hard but enjoyable at the same time.

Gym Based or Mobile Training

I offer gym based training sessions in  leisure centres in Huntingdon and St Neots.
Personal training sessions always start on time and in the event of being late the session will still finish as scheduled. Clients are expected to wear comfortable gym attire and have a bottle of water to maintain hydration throughout the session.
If gym based personal training is out of your comfort zone I also provide mobile  personal training services and  I can train you at the comfort of your own house.

A new habit formation starts with something small, and when it comes to change a 'TINY IS MIGHTY'. This philosophy is a core of my practise, and it shows that you can have a healthier, happier lifestyle with starting small. When working with my clients on improving their diet I focus on creating new habits by applying small changes not only to their diet but also their lifestyle. We often understand the need for change but we can't change because it might be uncomfortable or we simply don't know where and how to start. There is so much confusing information available now, which one is the right one for you?
Having a structured plan and a sound advice could make this process almost effortless.



Consultations are essentially aiming to establish the current nutritional  and physical status of an individual and compare it to healthy guidelines. In order to determine the nutrients, energy and fluid intake every client is asked to fill in a 7 day food and physical activity diary. Dietary analysis allows to compare current nutritional and energy intake with the recommended values and it is essential to give any dietary recommendations.

During the first appointment medical information is gathered and additional measurements are taken, that includes; weight, height, body fat % (skinfold measurement) and body circumference. 


Clients are also asked to fill in a lifestyle screening questionnaire which decides on individually-tailored lifestyle advice.

Collected data is considered sensitive and it's collected and stored under the regulations of the Data Protection Act 2018.

Non Exercisers versus Sports People
Which package suits me best?

The first package offers 2 consultations and is perfect for sports people who are looking to optimise nutrients, energy and fluid intake in order to reduce recovery time and enhance performance, when the additional lifesytle coaching isn't required. This package provides clients with a customised 7 day meal plan that takes into consideration macro and micro nutritional make up of the food intake as well as pre and post workout meals and fluids intake recommendations and advice about effective supplementation.

The package with 5 consultations is great for either exercising or non exercising individuals who need support and advice on implementing small changes into their diet and lifestyle. It provides clients with a customised 7 day meal plan and during the course of 5 appointments SMART goals are set and the progress tracked. This package is focused on creating new, healthy habits that will  become a core of a healthy lifestyle and are fundamental to weight management. This package is excellent not only for those who are looking for a safe and healthy way to lose weight but also to maintain the results after.
